Unique Orbital Forging Principle

During riveting, the riveting head contacts the workpiece (rivet) at an angle of 3°/5°. Different from traditional press riveting, impact riveting or staking machines, this orbital riveting method deforms the rivet locally and gradually extends to the whole, eliminating internal stress, preventing rivet upsetting, bending and deformation, effectively improving the surface finish of the riveting area, thus achieving an ideal riveting effect.
Wide Adaptability to Rivets

Suitable for solid / hollow / semi-hollow rivets made of stainless steel, medium and low carbon steel, copper, iron and aluminum.
