• Responsible for the development of PLC control systems for non-standard riveting equipment, completed the logic design of point-to-point actions for multi-stations, and realized the full-process automation of workpiece feeding, positioning, riveting and unloading.
• Compiled ladder diagrams based on Omron CP2E series PLC, focused on optimizing axis control logic, revised and optimized core parameters such as riveting pressure and pressure holding time, and realized precise control of axis action timing through special relays; Cooperated with Kunlun Tongtai TPC1061Ti touch screen to build a human-machine interaction interface; Selected Delta ASD-A2 series servos to complete communication commissioning and parameter setting between Omron PLC and servo axes, ensuring axis positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm to meet the production requirements of auto parts.

Skilled in axis control related operations, able to efficiently complete program compilation, I/O point checking, process commissioning and various troubleshooting of various models, proficient in compiling ladder diagrams to meet the needs of various automated production lines.
2. PLC auxiliary operation: Understand the basic operation of Mitsubishi FX3U/FX5U series and Xinje XC series PLC, familiar with the basic principles of Inovance (AM502), Mitsubishi Q series, Siemens S7-1215 and other models of PLC, able to assist in completing simple program commissioning and I/O point checking, focusing on the commissioning application of Omron PLC and axis control to meet the commissioning needs of different production scenarios.
